I have had the incredible fortune of being under the care of Dr. Zahedi for over a year now, and I can confidently say he is, without a doubt, one of the finest doctors I've ever encountered. His compassion and thoughtfulness shine through in every interaction, making it evident that he genuinely cares about your well-being—not just as a patient, but as a person. The level of attention and dedication he provides is truly remarkable. Moreover, his staff mirrors his kindness and professionalism, creating a warm and supportive environment that enhances the entire experience. I cannot recommend Dr. Zahedi highly enough to anyone seeking exceptional medical care. His commitment to his patients is simply unparalleled!
I was able to see Dr. Zahedi the same day I called for an appointment, and it was on a Saturday, no less. So I was grateful for that. The waiting area is a little cramped, but the seating was very comfortable. More importantly, Dr Zahedi and his staff were excellent. I was examined and treated by Dr. Zahedi and the cost was more than reasonable. He thoroughly explained what my skin issue was about and treated it. Time will tell if I need to get further treatment. Highly recommended.
Updated Version: Regarding the statement in the response: "I doubt you have read my review on Yelp!!" First and foremost, I did not receive a faulty Botox treatment from Dr. Elham, and I did not experience droopy eyelids as a result of her Botox injections. Second, in my Yelp review, which I posted six months ago, I clearly stated that I had received Botox three months prior, in June. I received my Botox treatment from Dr. Zahedi on November 8, which means it was administered at least six months later. Dr. Zahedi's website explicitly states, "Botox will last approximately 2-3 months at first. However, if you maintain your treatment appointments with the frequency recommended, the duration of each treatment result may last longer than four months." I also diligently completed all the required forms and medical history before the treatment and answered all questions carefully. Furthermore, after I experienced droopy eyelids, Dr. Zahedi himself informed me that the Botox would wear off in three months. Additionally, the nurse asked me if I had previously received Botox, to which I replied, "Yes, about six months ago, I received 30 units of Botox." As for my credit card company's ongoing review of my case, this is entirely reasonable and expected on my part. However, the statement in the response regarding this matter raises some questions. I have full confidence in people's ability to understand the situation. In any case, my sole intention was to share my experience with others seeking more information. Original Review: I visited Dr. Zahedi about three weeks ago to get Botox for my forehead. Unfortunately, I developed droopy eyelids after the injection. I contacted his office to explain the situation, and they requested photos, which I promptly provided. They then asked me to come to the office to assess the situation further. Dr. Zahedi acknowledged that the droopy eyelids were a result of the Botox injection, and he expressed his apologies. He mentioned that he had learned a lesson and would use fewer units and inject farther from my eyebrows next time. On the second visit, he injected an additional 2 to 4 units in an attempt to improve the droopy eyelids. However, he emphasized that there was no way to reverse the process, and I would need to wait for about three months for the Botox to wear off. He also provided exercises to speed up the process and mentioned another treatment option, though it wasn't a guaranteed fix. I requested a full refund because not only did I get undesirable results from the Botox, but I also had to pay for it and endure the situation for three months. After numerous calls, they agreed to refund only half of the amount, claiming that only 15 units had caused the droopy eyelids, and I should cover the cost of the materials used. This seemed unreasonable to me, as I believed a full refund was the least they could do. They proposed that if I wanted a full refund, I should return to the office for another doctor's examination and opinion, which I found inconvenient and unsettling.
Great Dermatologist, friendly and responsible. Staff is excellent, parking is a bit more challenging at Santa Ana office than Irvine office, but same quality service. Highly recommend for Botox and skin cancer screenings. Have been going here for 3 years now and never once had any issues. Review is long overdue. Thanks Dr. Z
I got my PRP scalp treatment for some recessions in my hairline and thinning in my crown. I also had some acne scarring which he treated. Dr Zahedi was very thorough in explaining everything in detail, and he did the procedure entirely himself! After just 1 treatment I already notice my hair being thicker and fuller, and my acne scar is nearly completely gone. A++ rating to this med-spa and Dr Marco Zahedi
