Front desk staff was lovely, but I had a horrible experience with the doctor. Do not come here if you want decent medical treatment.

Went in for a skin check today for some suspicious moles and a weird nodule on my nose and was very happy with the service! Front desk folks are kind and organized, facility is nice and clean, and exam rooms are comfortable. PA Melody was fantastic, listened to all my concerns, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The thing on my nose was frozen off quickly and without much pain. It was all fairly quick, less than an hour. Thank you Melody! Only things I can suggest to new patients is make sure you arrive early as there is quite a lot of paper work to fill out. Parking is also a bit limited but not too bad.

Finding this hidden gem was a major score. They were able to get me in sooner than any other dermatology office I called. When I arrived for my first visit the PA, Miriam, took her time to review the concerns of my visit as well as do a full body scan. This resulted in 2 biopsies. I’m so thankful I got in. One was squamous cell cancer. The subsequent visit a week later was with the doctor. He was very efficient and thorough. The front office staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend them. I even made an appointment with their esthetician next week.

my whole office visit went great! the front staff was very friendly to start off with. when I went to the back the back office were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. the PA was very friendly as well and answered all questions I had making sure I understood. Overall great experience! Friendly staff, will definitely be going back!

The staff here was great I forgot about my appointment this morning and the lady at the front desk reschedule me the same day no problem no questions asked. During the surgery I didn’t feel one thing I get so nervous at hospitals ! I want to say thanks to the doctors/nurses for being so patient with me…. That helped a whole bunch!! MEOW
