Very patient office staff. I asked a lot of questions. The doctor is very informative but doesn’t try to sell you on procedures.

I'm so happy with Total Woman healthcare. They really take care of their patients crystal in the front desk very respectful very very nice good service. I've been to other places and they dilute their dysport and Botox. NOT at this place they're honest, helpful and understanding, on what procedure you want to have affordable price.Dr,Shahnaz listens to you and understand what you want she's with you step by step and if you ask for her opinion, she would gladly give it to you and be honest like she is with me.I will not go to another doctor again I'm with Total Woman healthcare im there to stay they are a great team. I highly recommend them clean facility

BEWARE of TOTAL WOMAN HEALTHCARE monthly specials and services! I recently purchased #3 SPECIAL DYSPORT $4.30/UNIT AND GET $50.00 off. I paid for 84 UNITS total. I was deeply disappointed with this experience and CANNOT recommend them to others. It is disheartening to encounter such lack of professionalism, quality and customer care. I believe that customers deserve better treatment and a higher level of service, especially considering the financial investment we make in her establishment. I waited a total of over 3 weeks, to see any result and it did to happen. When I went back she tried only credit me 26 units not comparable to the money I had spent initially. I called back to see if I could pay the difference to a new procedure along with a credit of the money I initially wasted on this special... not only refused to see me again but NOT even credit/refund me any of the funds I had paid and wasted $$$ BEWARE.. you get what you pay for at the Total Woman Healthcare!!! Stay away...

This place is the BEST! If you are debating a visit, don’t wait another minute and make an appointment! You definitely won’t be sorry. The second you enter the office you are greeted with kind and helpful people. The entire experience is A+. I also love that are open one Saturday a month, so if you work during the week, it’s still easy to get in. The specials are a great deal, too. I’ve gone a few different places in OC and now only go here because no one else competes with them.

I have been go there for a few years. The front office ladies are always friendly and polite. Shanaz is the BEST, she listens to you, her goal is to make you look natural. I will never go to anyone else. Shana put the client first.
