The Dr. is amazing! She listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions without making me feel bad. They seem busy but schedule efficiently this is so important as I am on time and don’t like waiting around. The office is organized, efficient, CLEAN, and friendly enough. LOL maybe the ladies up front haven’t defrosted fully at 8 am but for introvert patients like myself who like to show up, be seen, and leave it’s not too much of an issue. Thank you California dermatology Institute! Santa Clarita location is by far my favorite ❤️

Fairly disappointed with my experience. Recently had a skin condition flare up after a few years of not seeing it. I was hoping this dermatologist would help me figure out what I had, especially since they had good reviews. But there was no attempt to figure out what condition I had. They just prescribed me oral antibiotics and topical steroid cream. They don’t test for allergies, they don’t test for bacteria or viral infections, and they didn’t even have many recommendations on what I should do next. I got no closure on my issue, which is what I came for. I guess I have to wait for my body to suppress the issue on its own, or I have to find another doctor that actually cares about finding out what I have…

My wife & I are very happy 😊 with our care and treatments at California Dermatology Institute. The staff, nurses and Physicians Assistant are wonderful. They all make you feel comfortable and take care of your medical needs. We fully recommend all of your Dermatology needs to them. Thomas & Ramona.

Alexandra Jewell, PA-C Alli is awesome!! She takes time to talk with you and is flexible in alternatives to solve your dermatological issues. My feedback is for the front desk. Twice visited the office they don’t greet you, they continue looking down after you are at the desk 2 feet in front of them, as well not even make eye contact when asking why are you there… Don’t even expect a ‘have a nice day’ when you leave, they never look up from whatever it is that’s so important they are looking down at all the time. At least Alex's friendliness and attentive services make up for their lack of customer service.
