If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a laser package and came today 2/21/25 for my appointment (received a confirmation text on Wednesday 2/19/25 and I confirmed) and they are permanently closed. They didn’t contact me to say that they were closing or they would refund the money.

I got 2 IPL the first time I went in was wonderful, I believe it was the owner that did my face or the main nurse. I don't remember her name but she did such a wonderful job. The second time I went in there was hardly and "pheel" my face really had no change. The staff are super friendly. But if you plan on getting a IPL I would ask for the owner or main nurse to do it.

Such a professional and inviting environment! The staff is so kind and authentic, such an aesthetic place, that reflects in their work! My new routinely spa! You can tell the staff really cares about their patients! I love how clean the place is and how much information I got from the nurse. She was very patient and really cared with my questions 💕

Had an appt a couple days ago, love this place! Super affordable pricing! Excellent customer service, super friendly! And a great selection of treatments! I can’t forget to mention how beautiful the whole place is! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Laser hair removal was ineffective. I went consistently for 1.5 years and had subpar and patchy results. They tried 3 different lasers. Some sessions hurt more than others and caused adverse effects. Also, feedback and recommendations were inconsistent amongst the nurses. Some good things were that the the front desk staff were pleasant, the facility seemed clean, and the wait wasn't usually long. However, I began to notice that I would schedule an appointment and then when they sent me a message to confirm my appointment a few days prior, it would be for a different time. At first I thought I wrote the time down wrong or put it in my phone wrong, but after it happened a few times, I realized they were adjusting the schedule. I really tried hard to like this place, but at the end of the day I paid money for a service and did not receive good results. I will try a different place for laser hair removal in the future.
