Patient beware. This practice has a serious operations problem that they refuse to acknowledge or address. They will get your information wrong, they NEVER answer the phone. They will not answer the phone when a provider calls them and if you are in a program that helps you receive expensive medication, you will be kicked out due to Zero communication with this office and their other office. They will not call back when they promise to. If you call to make an appointment with your Doctor, they will give an excuse that he is unavailable and they promise to call back to schedule when he has an opening, they will try and pawn you off to the other staff members and not the Doctor you signed up to be treated by. Edit: Called again for several days with no answer. Went to the office in Newhall to complain about being dropped from a prescription program and how it is affecting my life. While in the office, I called the office to see their process. Every call went unanswered right in front of me. The receptionist acted like this was a new thing. I have filed a complaint with the state medical licensing board.

Great dermatologist. Dr. Chris is the best at what he does. Rosalinda and staff are wonderful and nice. Dr. Chris is the best with fillers, lips, botox. Recently had Dr. Chris do facial threads and the results were amazing. I also have roseaca on my face. Great dermabrasions and IPL. Have been going to this office for past 15 years. No one else for me. Very natural look and thats is what its all about. Thank you Faces Dermatology!

Dr.Chris and his team are absolutely amazing! They are so clean, organized, helpful, and very well communicative. Dr.Chris has great sensitivity and patience with his clients and I can’t thank him enough!!

Visited this location for the first time today for a facial. The staff is very friendly! Gina performed the facial and she is just amazing! I will definitely return!! I promise you will not be disappointed.
