I’ve also been working with Kassandra for my Morpheus8 treatments, and I am beyond thrilled with her work! She is so skilled, thorough, and ensures you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The results have exceeded my expectations. Everyone at Mind Body Infusion is friendly, accommodating, and committed to making your experience exceptional. If you’re considering any treatments, I highly recommend them—you’ll be in great hands!
First time at Mind Body Infusion for B-12 injections. Truly loved the location, the ambiance of the place, and the customer service. Will definitely come back!
I had never visited a medical spa before and wasn't sure what to expect. My experience was so great and I immediately booked additional sessions. The staff were kind and respectful. Additionally, I had so many questions and they didn't make me feel rushed or in the way. Nancy and Kim in particular were so friendly and helpful.
I made an appt for an emsculpt consultation. They informed me they couldn’t tell me package prices over the phone. (A strategy to just get me in because they were able to tell me prices as soon as I got there but acted over the phone as if they didn’t know what they were). So then when I get in I heard someone ask her if the next appt had gotten there yet and her reply was “yeah but she got here early,” implying she didn’t need to see me earlier even though I had gotten there early. Then she only told me the price of the package of 12 and was like.. this is the best deal and didn’t want to tell me the other packages right away. Then they keep leaving me alone in the room for extended periods of time. It was almost an hour past my appt before they had me do a prescreening on zoom with a nurse to see if I can be seen (another weird thing because she asked me the same questions that were on the form I had just filled out). Then she informed me I could have the service done. Then they changed the story and the receptionist informed me that I couldn’t be seen due to a very mild umbilical hernia I had repaired almost 6 years. And the only way around it was to call my doctor. I said my doctor isn’t on call so I wouldn’t be able to get ahold of her. Then she said she can call her medical director to get approval. Apparently she didn’t answer though. I didn’t even hear her make any call. I heard her talking with the other receptionist for about five minutes. I told her I traveled an hour just to get there and then they call me 3.5 hours later to say they got an approval and could schedule me if I make a payment. I said I don’t feel comfortable making an appt before a service is performed. She said she needs a card on file to make an appt with the nurse. I said can you just put it on file without charging me then? She said I have to charge you. I said ok thank you. And then she hung upup rudely without saying anything. I’m an esthetician with certifications in body sculpting & i know my own body so I know I’d be fine. And as a business owner myself, the lack of empathy, inconsistency & blatant rudeness was surprising. EDIT: they claim to be sorry and yet not only was a discount not offered to me for the way they treated me, but when I called to set an appt to give them a chance to redeem themselves, they refused to set an appt for me, said they’d call me back but didn’t take down my number or read it back to me after I asked to confirm if they actually had it. Then I called back and they said the office was unavailable. The owner is harleen grewall who is actually a dentist and seems to take no personal accountability for her own business as if it were my business is call the client directly to make things right. The receptionist IRENE who seems to think she owns the place is given too much responsibility considering she’s very arrogant and bad at her job. And for a place that focuses on body contouring it’s a wonder why they’d hire someone who is so out of shape herself. Or not offer their own services to her so that she can model what the machines can supposedly do. Maybe it’s because they don’t actually have the name brand EMSCULPT but a fake machine. My next steps are contacting the BBB, board of barbering and cosmetology and the MBC. I want other people to know what options they have when they are treated so poorly by a business. They are not apart of the BBB (shocking) but you can still file a complaint. Also, med spas are not a thing because everything offered at one, a regular spa can do. Calling it a “med spa” is just a marketing strategy.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I had my first Morpheus 8 treatment, for which I was very nervous regarding the pain level but it ended up being very tolerable. Nurse Nancy was knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I appreciated their emphasis on personalized care and tailored treatments to suit my skin’s needs. The facility itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing oasis that instantly put me at ease. I also loved the range of services they offer; there’s truly something for everyone. Overall, I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. I highly recommend Mind Body Infusion Med Spa to anyone looking for top-notch service and results. I can’t wait to return for my next treatment!
