They force you to get your prescriptions from a “specialty pharmacy” and prescribe medications that aren’t covered by insurance without considering that the patient might not want to be overcharged for their medications. I asked for an alternative and the doctor was unwilling to prescribe a substitution for ivermectin cream, which costs almost 100 dollars for a tube. I asked for an alternative and received a call from the specialty pharmacy that the doctor wouldn’t prescribe anything else and asked for my credit card number. I haven’t received the bill for my visit yet, but my instincts tell me that it will be a big bill and that there will be trouble with their billing. I don’t recommend this place. I simply don’t trust them and I’m uncomfortable with the way I was treated there.

beware of this place. their staff is so incredible disorganized. ive paid hundreds of dollars but because of their admin, I haven’t been able to receive EITHER of my two prescriptions. they promise call backs and simply forget. they put you on hold, and forget. one lady even apologized and admitted it was a disaster, and was going to do everything she could to redeem her staff….never heard from her again (tried reaching out 5 times over 2 months to her)

I feel compelled to share my experience with this clinic, as it has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. If you’re seeking quality beautiful results, look elsewhere. My face has looked disfigured for a year following my visit here, and I feel SO SAD every time I look in the mirror. No one should have to go through what I did. On November 6, 2023, I received under-eye fillers from Oksana. I spend around $2700 if I recall correctly. Unfortunately, she injected too much, resulting in deep creases under my eyes that have never faded. Afterward, I attempted to have the filler dissolved, but the issue reoccurred weeks later. I believe it’s reasonable to request a partial refund for such a disappointing outcome, but when I reached out, a staff member dismissed my concerns, saying, "this is the game of the beast." This reflects a troubling lack of accountability and professionalism. It’s as if the clinic treats every procedure as a gamble, leaving patients to deal with the consequences of poor results without support. On November 4, 2024, I called the clinic again to discuss further dissolving of the filler, as I had been traveling and wanted to consult with Oksana once I am back. Instead, I encountered confusion: a new staff member claimed I had reached the wrong clinic, and when I finally spoke to someone else, I overheard them say, “no idea,” when I asked for assistance. They were unable to provide Oksana’s contact information or offer a clear solution for my situation. During the call, a woman repeatedly insisted, “I don’t think the fillers are still there,” despite my clear explanation of my ongoing problems. It was frustrating to feel like she was speaking for me, completely disregarding my experience. It’s my face, and her lack of empathy was shocking. The lack of ethical responsibility and poor patient care at this clinic is alarming. How can they treat patients this way? It’s disheartening that in an industry where practitioners frequently change locations, a clinic would neglect to address ongoing patient issues. I strongly advise against this clinic for any cosmetic procedures.

I highly recommend Dr Yamauchi for your medical needs. He is highly qualified to treat cases and just as good, is his staff. They are efficient, friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Dr. Yamauchi and the entire staff, are amazing. Very efficient, communicative and friendly. I want to especially shout out their office manager, Veronica, she is beyond wonderful. While trying to get approved for a specific medication, she went out of her way to make sure that I was helped, and made sure to communicate every step of the way. I have gone to two other local dermatologists in the past, but after receiving top notch care with Dr. Yamauchi‘s office, I am a patient for life.
