My experience with LaserVue was excellent. The staff is caring and informative. I was given instructions every step of the way, and they were available to answer my questions. I felt safe through the whole process. I appreciated the thoroughness of their checking on me before and after the surgery. I'm very happy I chose to get this done here!

Dr. Bansal and his team are awesome! I had SMILE eye surgery last week, and it couldn’t have gone better. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. The surgery was quick, painless, and my vision was clear the next day. I’m so happy with the results—highly recommend!

First off, the results of my surgery and lens replacement are better than expected. 40 plus years of contact lenses gone! I went from being blind as a bat to 20/20. And less need for reading glasses. The procedure was very simple and the down time was minimal. Great surgical team -- they were attentive and professional. Very comfortable. Office team also great -- I appreciate that they gave me the numbers up front, answered my questions and managed the process for me smoothly. And always very supportive and sweet. Post op team was excellent. They all have great bedside manner and made sure I understood what was happening and dialed in my new light adjustable lenses. The adjustment procedure was at times a bit uncomfortable and they made sure to minimize the discomfort and get things done timely. I would recommend LaserVue. Great team, great process and excellent results. I am sure they hear it all the time, but I should have done it sooner.

I had a fantastic LASIK experience and was so fortunate to have undergone this experience while under Dr. Bansal and his team’s excellent care. From the consultation to the post-op appointments, any concerns were immediately addressed to my satisfaction and I was blown away by how knowledgeable and experienced Dr Bansal was, which made surgery on one of the most complex parts of the human body feel like a routine office visit. Not gonna lie… the procedure itself was a little stressful, but I was done in less than 10 minutes (totally worth it!). The second I was off the table and being led out, I was shocked at being able to immediately read the signs on the doors. I could even clearly read the license plates of the cars ahead mine. 10 days later and a lot of the light sensitivity has resolved and the dry eye has been gradually decreasing (highly recommend IVIZIA). My biggest issue these days is having to actively remember to not take out my now nonexistent contacts- a routine I’ve been doing for more than 20 years. I can’t say enough about how much the reward has outweighed any risk. However, I’d say 95% of perceived risk was belayed by the many decades that Dr Bansal has under his belt and that he was one of the pioneers of the LASIK procedure in the first place! 10/10 would recommend!!! Loving my glasses/contacts-free life!

Getting vision correction surgery here was one of the best decisions I’ve made! They are very caring and knowledgeable about PRK; which is the surgery I received. I’m the type to over think and worry so I was very nervous about the procedure, but they were fantastic at their job and everything went perfect. I’m very happy with my vision, and grateful for the staff and the overall environment they welcome you in with at every appointment! Thanks LaserVue :)
