I wanted to thank Matt Rich and Asia for their help last week and ongoing. I was very concerned and they have really helped me. I have had skin issues for too many years to count and my previous provider Kaiser did little to nothing to help. So in 25 years I have become skeptical. Matt Rich was great, he was the first provider to ask more questions to really understand which was reassuring and actually took skin samples to biopsy so we can have a diagnosis. Other than a small snafu with a prescription which was more the disorganized pharmacy in my opinion (and when I don't sleep I'm sick and I'm stressed I'm sure I'm quite lovely to be around j/k), I am very happy to be a new patient and still healing, and I highly recommend Matt Rich and the entire Redwood Empire Oakmont team, thank you. My two experiences at the office of Dr. Collins have both been very pleasant in the ways that matter most to me. Firstly, scheduling was easy and straightforward. I accidentally double-booked myself and the front desk staff was helpful and understanding. Secondly, I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for very long at all. Thirdly, the nurse Angelina was highly personable and professional. Lastly, Dr. Collins came in very shortly and was nice, paid attention to my questions and answered each one. The professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff were both greatly appreciated.

Annual check-up! Very thorough and open to all dialogues with me. Great bedside manner and I've seen him 3-4 times now. Highly recommend him and office staff is wonderful and on top of things

The entire visit from beginning to end was positive, cordial and helpful .... from Katy who handles the front desk assignment, to Naomi who navigates the patient through the preliminary phase and Matt Rich who is an exceptional person, in personality and professional decorum ... they are a "tight-knit" team of folks who know their assignments ... collectively they didn't miss a beat, everything was a "10" on a "10" scale, with "10" reflecting maximum excellence. They are above and beyond good. I'll be back for follow-up's and I'll recommend to both friends and anyone looking for the best in dermatology to sign-up with Matt and company ... how fortunate we are to have them in Santa Rosa!
