Once again I sing the praises of Dr. Tom and his staff. I’ve been coming to Dr. Tom for several years now and I’m never disappointed. From entering to the beautiful welcoming smiles of Lauren and Paris, to Dr. Tom’s amazing assistant Karina, I always feel like I’m their favorite client. Dr. Tom is wonderful. He listens, he works with me and he’s truly is an expert at his craft. If you’re looking for an amazing place for your cosmetic needs, look no further. You won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Tom is insanely talented and an absolute master at his craft! I decided to wait six months post-op to write a true review of the process and results. I am a 43 yrs old female who was referred to Dr. Tom from another well respected and trusted doctor. I had 17+ yr old breast implants and I initially was looking for a breast lift to reposition my nipples that were sadly looking down to looking straight like perky headlights. I also wanted a very natural look that would enhance my body type and not look like I had work done. I waited six months before I could get a virtual appointment and it was well worth it. It took another six months to get on the schedule for surgery – again well worth it. Upon meeting Dr. Tom and his staff, they were all incredibly professional with a side of personality. I’m sure they are all absolutely hilarious to hang out with, but they were all business, as it should be. Dr. Tom recommended that in addition to a breast lift, I also replace my implants and go a bit smaller. In no way did I feel he was upselling me on implants. My implants were beyond their life expectancy and it made sense to replace them now rather than later. I also trusted his opinion of going smaller on the implants. I took his recommendation being that he has seen more breasts and body types than I. He was also very, very clear about setting expectations of the surgery, recovery and end result. The procedure itself was long, but not painful in any way. The first time I had implants, I was under general anesthesia. I was beat up and the recovery was hard. I was a bit concerned about not being “under” this time, but it was amazing. My recovery was faster and I felt more in control of the process. A few weeks after, I had a slight complication due to my body and not the work of Dr. Tom. While I was not concerned, Dr. Tom made sure to check in with me daily, including weekends and I had multiple visits to ensure the junction site was closing properly. He always responded immediately to my text messages and had excellent follow up during recovery. Six months post op and my breasts are INCREDIBLE!! Seriously, beyond expectation. They healed nicely, the scars are fading and they dropped perfectly, as he said they would. My breasts look natural, perky and like they did when I was 20! I would not trust my body with anyone other than Dr. Tom. Lastly, I also would like to acknowledge how amazing his staff is. They too are a delight to be around and seem to enjoy where they work. It is a breath of fresh air to see such positivity in a work environment. Dr. Tom clearly takes care of his crew.

My experience with Dr. Walter Tom and Staff was the best I've ever experienced with a Cosmetic Surgeon. The staff works very hard to put patients "at ease"...they are a relaxed and extremely competent team. Dr. Tom is an outstanding surgeon! With a background in both vascular surgery and cosmetic surgery , his knowledge and expertise couldn't be finer! Dr. Tom is a perfectionist! He considers each patient's unique needs and desires when planning a surgical procedure. Dr. Tom also continues with excellent follow-up care. I had a breast lift- beautiful work! I am delighted. Dr. Tom's use of "Tumescent Anesthesia" was one of my greatest considerations in deciding to have surgery done at this practice. I was "awake and aware" throughout the entire surgery. Being over 70 yo, I wanted to avoid the possible risks of having general anesthesia. When looking to have cosmetic surgery, consider Dr. Walter Tom. I urge you to read about his impressive background, learn about this type of anesthesia, talk to former patients, if you so desire... You will be making an excellent choice!
