Dr. Pepper is a wonderful Doctor and Surgeon. He has some of the best bedside manner I have ever seen. I have had two very long surgeries with him and trust him completely. He is helping to fix facial paralysis that a surgery to remove a tumor has left me. His office staff are super friendly and nice. His Nurse practitioner Betty Yee is a super sweet and nice NP as well. Dr. Pepper and Nurse Practitioner Yee, make every office visit a pleasure. They are both very patient and willing to answer all the questions I have including ones I email to them. Dr. Pepper always explains things very clearly and makes even the most complicated procedure easy to understand. Also while I was recovering form my surgeries with him, he would come by the hospital room a few times to check on me or just to see if I had any questions regarding the recovery. I appreciate everything Dr. Pepper has done for me and his transparent and honest conversations. I am grateful I found him, he was referred to by my Tumor Surgeon Dr. Jackler who is also wonderful, and feel he truly cares about his patients and making them whole again!

As a former healthcare provider, I appreciate when a physician and his team listen to their patients and take the time to explain the plan of care and answer all questions posed to them. Dr. Pepper and his team excelled in all these aspects. I recently needed nose reconstruction after having Moh’s surgery by my dermatologist. I consulted with Dr. Pepper prior to this surgery and he explained and showed me photos of other patients that he had operated on with similar pre-op situations as myself. My results are amazing, and my friends and family cannot tell that I even had nose reconstruction.
