Arpèl Med Spa

Been a resident of Studio City for years. Some friends and I were sitting outside enjoying the sun and a cup of coffee @ a seated table outside with some friends looking at the services this med spa offered and the owner or employee of this med spa (bleach blonde lady in pink scrubs) made us move as she didn’t want tables from the neighboring coffee shop “blocking the business front” — I was honestly appalled. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood where we all care for each other. Who cares if there’s seating in front of your business? If anything, it brings publicity and potential customers. This is a brand new business and this is the kind of behavior that gets your business a bad rep. Treat people with respect. The bare minimum. I was definitely a potential customer until I witnessed the rudeness of the owner. Shame on y’all! Also... their bench has a sign outside that says “we love to share seating.” Yeah, RIGHT 😂👎

Lucy has been so wonderful! I have really bad hormonal acne and Lucy has helped me in less than a month since my first facial. She explains everything to me and recommends me products as we make progress on my acne. It's hard to find a spa for facials if you really need to treat problematic skin, but I'm so happy with the service I've received. Arpi/Helen & Amanda have been so friendly and welcoming everytime I go in for my treatments. Would 110% recommend !

amazing experience with Vanessa!! The place is very clean, follows COVID-19 protocols and the service is outstanding. I was offered several drinks and treats while waiting. The nurse/Vanessa was the absolute best. She listened to what I wanted and was very friendly. This is my new go to place. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the amazing staff for pampering me up!!

My new go-to med spa! The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked through the door. The nurse made me feel very comfortable all throughout my treatment and was very professional. Safety is very important to me so I was glad to see that they followed COVID safety protocls perfectly. I really appreciated their commitment to hospitality and will definitely be back!

I would NOT recommend this place. They told me I can go ahead and buy Groupon and they will honor it, so I did. Right after I paid they told me they can’t let me use it, they told me to contact Groupon for refund. I contacted Groupon, then Groupon called ‘Arp’el’ and they told Groupon to NOT refund my money. I tried to call Arp’el many times to solve it, they ignore me. I’m very disappointed and I DO NOT recommend you to use them.
