I want to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Initially, I had a promising consultation where I received detailed information about CO2 laser treatments, including specific protocols for my skin conditions, pricing, and treatment timelines. The staff provided thorough explanations and seemed knowledgeable. However, following this consultation, my experience changed dramatically. After asking follow-up questions about treatment specifics, I received contradictory information to what was discussed in the consultation. My questions often went unanswered for days, and when responses came, they were dismissive or incomplete. Most concerning was that after spending considerable time discussing treatments and pricing, the practice finally revealed they don't actually have the proper equipment to perform the services we had extensively discussed during the consultation. This information should have been disclosed at the start, before proceeding with a detailed treatment consultation. While the staff was initially friendly, the lack of consistent communication and transparency about their service capabilities was disappointing. I would recommend asking specifically about equipment availability before scheduling a consultation at this practice. 2 stars for the initial thorough consultation, but the subsequent communication and lack of transparency about services they could actually provide was not up to professional standards.

I have only had a few appointments with Dr. Ervin since November, but have had many treatments already. Dr. Ervin and her staff are incredibly sweet! During treatment, she always asks how I am feeling, and she even messaged me the next day to make sure I was okay. No other provider has ever done that! I've had everything from Botox to PDO threads, Lemon Bottle, fillers, etc. done, and I am happy with all procedures. I will definitely keep going back for more. Thank you, Dr. Ervin!

Great customer service, I got my lip filler dissolved and the swelling only lasted a few hours, the day after I felt just fine. Doctor also answers all the questions you might have. I am willing to go back and have my lips redone with them.
