Dr. Jessica at Dr.Rubenstein’s practice deserves 5-Stars for making me feel like I can look myself in the mirror and feel completely satisfied over the progress that we’ve made in my skin! I unfortunately had to have two different Mohs procedures, done in their office, and they both went extremely well in addition to the amazing stitch work (that is barely noticeable on my neck and the side of my temporal region). It is with great pleasure that I write this review and smile when I know that I get to go see Dr. Jessica at Dr. Rubenstein‘s office in Studio city Ron T. Studio City -28 years resident

To say the least, I had such an amazing experience with Dr Gene and Lauren, his assistant. Dr. Gene made sure to not only go over my skin but also teach me what to look out for and explain what he was seeing on my body so I can understand as well. Lauren and Dr Rubenstein were so professional, asked me all necessary questions, made me feel comfortable and even removed a mole painlessly. Truly so grateful to have been taken care of by such a caring team. Also the women at the front desk were so kind.

We have had to change are review only because the front office staff have have become more unprofessional and frankly rude. One of them actually told a customer to stop talking on her phone while she was waiting in the waiting area. And then they are gossiping about people right in front of patients (waiting area is pretty small). We tend to make less appointments as a result of the front office staff lack of professionalism, but the doctor and his assistants are hands down the best and we appreciate them.

Had such a wonderful experience here . Starting with Lisette at the front desk, she is so friendly, accommodating, caring and helped me understand the full process from start to finish. Eric did such a thorough job with the lasers and put my mind at ease. Great office.

Wendi has great customer service . She’s definitely a 5 star for her skills! Definitely recommend this place.
