I look forward to coming in for my facials!! Carla is super friendly, educates me about my skin and problems areas. She always leaves me feeling really refreshed, and my skin is super soft and clear after my treatments. I love using the recommended products for my daily skin routines. The laser hair removal experience was also great! The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. 5 stars!

Went to have my facial here with Bianca and loved it! She’s so super sweet and attentive. Love the clinic and the spa vibe. I would recommend this place and her without a doubt!

Have received laser hair removal for the following areas: lower legs, bikini, full arms The price is dependent on the area, but a 6 session package is about $1200 per area I received treatment ~6 weeks apart for the first 3 sessions and then was able to space out to ~8 weeks. I have fair skin and dark hair and found laser hair removal from Skin Refine MedSpa has worked very well for me. After 6 sessions, I have at least 80% hair reduction. Any additional sessions needed after the 6 session package can be bought at a reduced price (ie. my arms needed a few additional sessions and each session was $250) The staff is friendly and Jacky has completed most of my treatments. I'm very appreciative that she is easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable when getting the treatment. Scheduling can be completed by calling the office. There is a portal that can be used to keep track of your treatments

My husband and I used to live in San Jose and now live in Scottsdale, and we will fly out to Skin Refine for treatments. The service/experience is impeccable, from the front desk staff to the injectors. I will continue to recommend Skin Refine Medusa to all my friends and family
