Feeling frustrated with my weight and my excuse of “not having enough time” lead me to arrive at BFF Wellness Clinic. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and wonderful staff that accommodated me very quickly. The ladies are always cheering you on whenever you feel like you have not done enough. BFF has become my accountability partner in this journey. I joined 3 weeks ago and with the coaching, I have managed to loose 10lbs. I was feeling bloated, with low energy and sleepy most of the day. I’m taking the semaglutide shots and BHRT (hormones) therapy. Dr Toni is so nice and answers any and all questions I had regarding the hormonal therapy as well as the shots.
