My experience at neomed was wonderful. I first want to say that the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I got microneedling for the first time with PA Christopher. He was amazing, to say the least! He took his time and went over everything and made sure all my questions were answered beforehand. He is very knowledgeable and eased any nerves I had going in. The Temecula NeoMed Spa is a lovely, clean, professional, friendly business that I felt very comfortable in getting my first ever consult and treatment for any cosmetic procedure. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. I saw Christopher for my consult and Botox, and he was so so knowledgeable, patient (I had a thousand questions) and conscious of my budget. We created a plan to address my concerned and made sure I understood our plan and was happy with it. I ended up getting a lip flip, Botox around my eyes and an appointment in two weeks for lip filler. I can't wait to go back.
