Everyone here is always the most friendly and professional. Dr Ross does thorough exams and has been able to detect and eliminate potential issues. Fair winds and following seas Doctor, as we used to say at my last job.

I’ve been to this place 3 times. The first was way back in 2001 when my teen daughter pointed out a very dark spot on my back at the end of June. The dermatologist noticed a small rash on my back and ignored the ink-back spot and told me I had scabies. Ridiculous, I told her! She scraped my back and checked and then declared I did not have scabies and that was it! Ignoring my request to biopsy the spot. I went to an Urgent Care on July 3 when my rash became itchy. The doctor asked if she could biopsy a spot on my back. “Of course”, I told her. It was melanoma and I went to Loma Linda for further treatment. Just about 10 years ago, I asked a doctor there to biopsy something large and suspicious on my leg. She said it was “fine”. Now, I’ve had squamous cell so severe I had to have 6 weeks of radiation treatment, 6 days a week and I let her know this. As well as my history of melanoma. But no. She would not biopsy it. The next check up, 6 months later a male doctor said he was going to “freeze” several places on my arms, legs, back, and chest at the next appointment. I made the appointment and showed up. I gowned up for the procedure and when he came in he declared he was “running late…and would just do a few places on (my) hands” By the way, the large area in my leg is squamous cell again and I am covered in squamous cell carcinoma. I’m currently looking for a decent doctor. I’m in my 60’s and just do not tolerate incompetence.

PA Yasmin was so welcoming and knowledgeable, I was immediately comfortable and impressed. She and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate my medical issues

The staff are polite ,courteous and friendly. Yasmin, the PA, is thorough, professional and very pleasant. My one suggestion, don't overbook and keep appointment times.
