I always have an amazing experience at The Skin Agency. Their customer service is top-notch. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I came in for a chemical peel on my arms (multiple treatments) to treat sunspots and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The spots have completely disappeared. My skin looks smoother and more even toned than ever. I also highly recommend their laser treatments and other skincare services. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Melody is by far my favorite nurse for lip filler at the Skin Agency. I’ve had my lips done by 4 nurses from this location, and Melody surprised me by giving me the most natural looking lips! She doesn’t overfill the borders and really has crafted her technique in filling softly over the entire lip and not just the typical injecting spots. She’s also good at making sure I get exactly what I want with the desired look. Definitely came back just for her technique. Five stars!

I visited the Toluca Lake Skin Agency for a CoolPeel treatment and was treated by Melody, who provided exceptional care. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience comfortable. They numbed my face before the treatment, which felt like mild electric pricks. The redness afterward was minimal, and the burning sensation lasted just 1 to 2 days, easily managed by taking ibuprofen or Tylenol. My healing took around 3 to 5 days, including peeling and seeing the final results. I’ve been in for my treatment three times in the matter of three months, and my results are looking great. I’m very happy with my experience and definitely plan to return.

I come here for laser hair removal, and I really don’t want to go anywhere else! Staff is always friendly. The technicians are super nice, thorough and informative. The laser they use allows for effective results for a wider range of skin tones and hair pigmentation—I’ve done some research and compared their laser with lasers used in other med spas near me. Excellent care at a great price. I drive 40 minutes because I believe they are the best in quality for care for the price than the other med spas in my town!

I was asked to put a credit card on file even though I had a Groupon and was not purchasing additional services and upon arrival for my appointment was told they needed to take a picture of my driver's license which seemed shady since I wasn't paying with a credit card. The receptionist gave some BS reason that it was needed so they knew who I was however they could've just taken a picture of me since it was being taken on an iPad. I was told it was their policy....again very shady.
