It took me since march to get in this place I finally had an appointment in September and when scheduling this appointment I gave the manager Cindy all my information and my insurance card just to go to the appointment and then tell me we don’t accept this Insurance Not once by several times, not only to Cindy but other reception is there when they continue to say they didn’t get my referral my doctor faxed it over multiple times today when I arrived at my appointment, I handed her my drivers license and my insurance card stating this is not my son‘s insurance card. It’s mine. This is just proof who I am. You should have all the information just so they could tell me they don’t take my insurance when my doctor called. It was a big mistake. They do take my insurance. They did have my referral and instead of apologizing basically they didn’t care they were rude and of course as a patient I was angry because I kept explaining to them, but that’s the problem. They never want to hear the patient. They think they’re always right. They didn’t even call me to apologize. I even explained to them my brother just passed away and I still kept my appointment today.

This place is a scam and a gimmick. Any real medical issue they can’t handle and will refer you to someone else yet charge hundreds of dollars for a visit. They will prescribe generic topicals and over the counter meds that don’t really work. Either the staff does not have the medical expertise or the proper medical training to handle any real medical issues or they just don’t care. Now if you want some Botox, a facial and to buy facial products they will be more than happy to assist.

I had a horrible experience. I had a treatment to treat brown spots a had a little discoloration not too bad but I wanted to get rid of it. But instead of getting rid of the brown spots i have it all over my cheeks 1000 times worse!! I want back and she gave me another laser treatment a whitening cream and a year later and I still have it all over my cheeks. The worse mistake I could have made. And now I'm stuck and don't know how to get rid of them.

Dr. Mark Horowitz is the best! He makes you feel cared for. Even when his news is not what you want to hear he somehow makes it less bad. I am so grateful I Found this office. The staff is great everyone is friendly and efficient.

I have gone here now on 3 different occasions. Once for my 2 teen boys and twice for myself all with Dr. Holly . She is amazing . She listens to understand concerns and needs. All three of us have seen great changes in our skin and it’s only been 2 months. Would recommend to all ! Staff is very nice, follows up as needed .
