Dr. Michael Lum at Lumier Medical has been incredibly transformative through the years. My first visit was 12 years ago for Botox and he has been excellent through the years with various procedures (sclerotherapy, fillers, scar removal). He uses extremely small needles - which are almost painless! This differs his office from most others. His skill is also unparalleled. Since he only practices aesthetic medicine (and has done so for many years), he is an expert at everything aesthetics! His excitement and passion for procedures is also evident - and makes me excited too. I never thought I would be so excited about these things until I met Dr. Lum. And finally, he also makes results look NATURAL! No one would ever be able to tell that I have ever had anything done because he is an expert at blending. Friendly, courteous office staff too. Comfortable office and waiting room. FIVE STARS across the board!

I can't say enough about my incredible experience with Dr. Lum! From the moment I walked in, his warm and welcoming bedside manner immediately put me at ease, especially since I’m usually terrified of needles. He took the time to thoroughly educate me about the Botox process, making sure I felt knowledgeable and comfortable every step of the way. His gentle touch made the treatment virtually painless—so much better than any of my past experiences! And to top it all off, he had me laughing the entire time, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Dr. Lum truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I am beyond excited to see the results of his expertise in the coming weeks. Dr. Lum and staff are fantastic. He will take his time to be sure you are getting exactly what you came in for. He uses the newest equipment and technology for all treatments. I highly recommend!

I love Doctor Lum - he is so knowledgeable really excellent and listens to it I want! I was very nervous getting Botox for the very first time he went very easy on me and also gave me details and showed me everything that he was using! I also had some other concerns that he addressed with me I really appreciate his knowledge!
