Good Dermatology

5/5 for Dr.Noah Craft. Will wait to see my progress and update. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and listened to every concern. The assessment seemed very comprehensive and appreciated his consult. Front desk: Unfortunately my rx prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy on file after two business days passed. I found out when I reached the pharmacy on a Friday afternoon after seeing them Wednesday. I even went back after my appointment to double check and they reassured me they would send it. When I called they apologized and took responsibility for what occurred and mentioned it slipped, I explained it still impacts patient time. Now I have to wait 20 min at the pharmacy while they fill this. They were receptive and sent the RX over right away. Outside of the admin hiccups, the clinic is great. Their ability to apologize and take responsibility is appreciated.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a semi emergency and they were able to fit me in. Very clean and relaxing space. Met with Dr. David and she had a great bedside manner and explained all my options thoroughly. I will definitely recommend this Dermatology office to family and friends.

Dr. Craft is so nice, honest and gentle. I feel very comfortable and relax during the whole surgery. He is very professional and so quick to get the operation done! The clinic is very clean and comfortable with new equipments. Staff is also very nice, friendly and helpful during the check in as we'll as the operation. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with this place and gave them my insurance information before my appointment. When I arrive, they told me they don't accept the supplement I have! The idiot receptionist should have told me this when I made said appointment! No stars, and definitely a place who needs better management

My experience here was fantastic. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I was seen immediately after filling out my paperwork. From the front desk to the assistant. It was very accommodating. The assistant wrote down all the information I gave and made it a comfortable experience. Kathy the PA was great! She had a sense of humor which made a serious situation feel not so serious. She was able to help figure out my problem and seemed to actually care when speaking to me. Overall, I'd highly recommend this practice.
