Dr. Granzow is amazing! We had an emergency due to a fall. He met us at the hospital, did his magic by sewing two different parts of the lip together and two weeks later you cannot even tell there was a traumatic injury. Not only is he highly skilled, but his bedside manner is impeccable. He is so calm, personable and professional! I would recommend him to anyone!

I recently had Dr. Granzow perform surgery on me and I cannot reiterate enough how incredible this physician is. He is extremely professional, a true perfectionist (which is essential when looking for a plastic surgeon), unbelievably kind, and (most importantly) an exceptional surgeon. I was deciding between Dr. Granzow and another surgeon, and I am so relieved that I chose Dr. Granzow for my surgery. In addition to him being an incredible person and physician, his staff was equally amazing. Yvette at the front and Shayla in the back (the manager) are friendly, helpful, attentive, quick to respond, and all around awesome. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Granzow and his staff. I would give more than 5 stars if Google would let me!!! :)

Dr. Jay Granzow and his staff are remarkably caring and professional. Thankfully, Dr. Granzow is patient and a perfectionist with his work. His extensive knowledge, experience and ability leads to optimal results. The added bonus is that he is a truly nice person!

Dr. Granzow is a wonderful doctor ! I liked that he valued my input and that my opinion mattered. I think very highly of Dr. Granzow and would not hesitate to recommend him to any breast cancer patient considering the DIEP Breast Reconstruction surgery. He is a very skilled surgeon who cares about how his patient looks and feels about themself and takes pride in what he does. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. He is a true blessing in disguise and is the kind of plastic surgeon that anyone would want to have.

I have had medically-necessary and cosmetic surgical procedures with Dr. Granzow: three for lymphedema of arm; one breast reconstruction due to radiation damage, seven years post breast cancer treatment; upper eyelid surgery; and liposuction. Outstanding outcomes for all! Dr. Granzow seems to really care that his patients feel safe, comfortable and confident, but he does it all with warmth and no arrogance (despite the fact that he is world-renowned, and an Ivy Leaguer). I've had all procedures done at Providence Little Co. Mary in Torrance (thumbs up to them too) and all the nurses gushed about him. He's the type of guy you'd love to have as a neighbor, but fortunate enough to have as your surgeon! Great office staff. They all feel like friends. Couldn't imagine a better practice!
