Purchased a Groupon made an appointment on their website went to the appointment called beforehand couldn’t get a hold of anybody and once I was at the appointment they said we don’t provide that service anymore so it was just a giant waste of time and have to work with Groupon to get my money back

Just left the office for a consultation. Left extremely satisfied. Signed up for three Laser Sessions. I wasn't pressured or oversold on anything. I felt I could trust them. I've been to other skin-health spas that I felt were predatory. This experience was a totally different experience. The location itself was beautiful, with lots of staff. Lots of free parking. Would recommend to all my friends and loved ones. Excited to start treatment and start an ongoing relationship with Shantique Med Spa.

First I came for botox in my frown area, then I came back for filler injections in the same area. She was very helpful and I felt very comfortable with her and her assistant. The front desk were also very kind and courteous.
