Moy, Fincher, Chipps Facial Plastics & Dermatology - Torrance

I recently saw Jeffrey So for a sebaceous cyst on my back. Jeffrey and the entire staff were very friendly, professional and informative. I was also able to get an appointment on short notice instead of having to wait for weeks or months as was the case with some of the other offices I called. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and reassuring and the procedure itself was quick and painless. Thus far, I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Dr Moy is professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to the patients situation. Her gentle nature and kindness as a first time patient were greatly appreciated. My suggestion would be that the reception staff as well as the assistants would share their names as they greet you or come into the rooms when you are waiting for the doctor. The Dr did introduce herself which was as it should be. Dr Moy is terrific.

Dr. Moy, was super nice and attentive and listened to all my needs as a Dermatologist. She went above and beyond for me. The office setting was really nice and the workers at the front desk were pleasant as well.

Dr.Lauren Moy is very professional, kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. The office runs pretty much on time. She has good communication skills, gives good recommendations and listens. I highly recommend

Dr Lauren Moy was great…. Very knowledgeable explains everything clearly…and what to expect with follow up appointments staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional as well! So nice to have such a great group so close by !
