The staff was great at checking in. And my new dermatologist was awesome. Very thorough with full-body check. Also very Knowledgeable about other non-skin issues that I have. Left feeling very good about my checkup. Look forward to going back for regular checkups.

Everyone in the office explained what was going on. The nice lady at the check-in desk estimated how much longer she'd be on the phone before she could get to me! Dr. Heather explained step-by-step what she was doing to biopsy a suspicious bump on my face. I really appreciate the human touch in our very tech world.

I am very pleased with Redwood Family Dermatology. The staff was very helpful to make the visit pleasurable and Dr. Park is the pleasant doctor to visit. She had an explanation for every question. The only, very small, suggestion is to have a larger gown available for us larger upper sized people. Ready to return next year!
