My facial ablation turned out great but it is not a procedure for the weak. I appreciate that Michelle was available by phone and Tex at any time of the day as the healing process was long and some unexpected or surprising things occurred. I needed her support and she helped. My only suggestion is the patient receive more education about exactly what needs to be done after the procedure. Learning “ what to do” after the event occurred was hard bc of the intensity of the procedure and the discomfort. I needed to hear it ahead of time.

Dr. Zormeier is amazing. She is personable knowledgeable, always knows the best treatment for me. I have multiple treatments through the years including Botox filler laser hair removal and most recently eyelid surgery. I love love love my results. Great pricing easy scheduling great staff. Always accommodating. Highly recommend

Excessively high priced, incapable of hearing anything patient says, Bruising for dayyyys & never with other providers. Told to just let her finish upon stabbing beginning w no conversation about where/why. Kept a vial I paid for&had no say in her doing so assuming I would come back. Negative 5 stars.

Such a wonderful heart warming experience. Finding calm and love in the middle of my storm as well as protection and faith.

Botox, filler, ipl great results. Would highly recommend
