First things first… you will NEVER find a better dermatologist than Dr. Stevens. Thoroughness and Knowledge should be the name of her office. Speaking of her office, that is the area where 5 stars is not earned. It is very difficult to reach a person when calling. Upon arriving, one must expect to wait up to one hour before being ushered into an office for the exam. As terrific as Dr. Stevens is, my husband refuses to go back to see her because he waited for 2 hours. In my opinion, any amount of time is worth waiting if it saves my life. Melanoma can kill you, Dr. Stevens is well worth any inconvenience!

I went for a skin check today. I waited 5 months for this appointment. I was seen promptly. When I got to the room I was told they only check half your body at a time.WHAT? I would need to come back next month to check the lower half. It took 10 minutes for him to check my top half . Seems to me that they are just looking to bill the insurance twice and collect 2 copayments. SHADY! BEWARE! What a complete waste of time!

Dr. Stevens is very patient. I very much appreciated her explanations of the exam, procedure and pricing. I have been here a few times and the clerks in the front are always friendly and helpful.

I could not more highly recommend Dr. Gloria Stevens for all dermatological, skin repair needs or to address any of your preventative skin care concerns. Dr. Stevens has always taken the time to make me feel heard and to explain *how* and *why* she comes to make her decisions and recommendations. Dr. Stevens’ knowledge & expertise in this field is evident and her bedside manner is one of kindness and consideration. Most recently I went to see Dr. Gloria Stevens for a minor surgical procedure. Not only did Dr. Stevens help to alleviate my anxiety by informing me of every aspect of my procedure, but she was also very *careful* with me during the surgery. I do not think there was another way my procedure could have gone any better. In addition, as typical, Dr. Stevens ensured I was aware and understood the after care requirements before I left her office to ensure my optimal healing. I am grateful to have such a knowledge and caring doctor to help me with all of my health care needs…. She is awesome.

The doctor is very thorough and compassionate, which I appreciate. Because she's thorough and takes time with her patients, she can run late. I'd rather wait a bit than be shuffled along.
