After thorough research and visits with other plastic surgeons, I am happy that I hady mommy makeover done with Dr. Smiley. During the virtual consultation, he explained everything he suggested and followed through on the day of the procedure. Alix was able to provide detailed instructions on next steps, and was supportive throughout the whole process. The day of the operation, his operating nurse Ida, and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Toon, were equally kind and supportive. Waiting on the final results, but so far so good. Agree with Bea. He has the worst bed manners, only saw him when I paid him ,( and he barely spoke ) and day of procedure, i had to take my own pictures so they could b forwarded to him to give me a price. Office dirty, Alex was the only person i dealt with afterwards, she took my stitches out and did my f/ups , NEVER saw him again, NEVER asked about my progress..thinking of doing more work but NEVER would I go back to him
