The office staff and the doctor are amazing and wonderful. They’re always so kind and courteous. This is a very rare find with doctors in LA.. Dr Poonawalla is a Doctor who listens and cares. I’ve never had a Doctor that could remove something so fast, so painless, and stitched as Dr. Poonawalla. When she said, “Finished?” I said really, I didn’t feel anything. Very impressed! Thank you for who you are and what you do!

When i had my first appointment here, i was sternly warned about the late policy in which if im 15 min late. I would be charged. I took time off from work to return and get my stitches removal and my family is trying to get back to our daily schedule due to the fires. The appointment itself took 3 min but i waited for an HOUR to be seen. I understand schedule delays but there was no consideration/ acknowledgement from the front office ladies. Even an "I'm so sorry for the wait" when my name was called would've gone a long way and I find it hypocritical my time can be treated so poorly while enforcing such a late policy.

Extremely disrespectful towards your time. Had an appointment at 10am they made us sit for 30min in the waiting room then 30min in the exam room. Only 1hr later did someone come in to remove stitches. Extremely disrespectful. I will not be coming back here. If you value your time, do not come here.

Was not happy with my experience. Dr and nurse are good. But they do not care about your time. You will wait for 45min plus for a 2min check up... Unreal...

I was originally referred here by my husband. I have struggled with acne as long as I can remember, and I also had a concerning mole. The first visit, the doctor did a skin check and we immediately biopsied the mole- it came back pre-cancerous, so at a very quick and pain-free appointment a few weeks later, the doctor removed it. There is literally no scar, you can't tell anything was there! As far as my skin goes, it's the clearest in as long as I can remember! The picture attached is only a 3 month difference and it's incredible!!! It's not just the acne, but my skin texture too. The doctor has worked with me to prescribe different medications and creams that work best for me. I'm seeing her monthly for follow ups. I also do monthly peels that they recommend and I love them! I feel like those have definitely helped with my skin texture and anti-aging the most. I'm looking forward to seeing my results over the few months. Overall, it's a small staff and everyone is so kind. I am always greeted by name. I am so grateful I found this office! Thank you ladies!!
