As an African American woman mid 50s this was my 1st cosmetic surgery consisting of tummy tuck, breast lift and lipo 360 with renuvion skin tightening. I was extremely nervous; However Dr. Alwen and Dr. Diaz were so patient and loving. I felt more like family then a patient. Dr Alwem and his team has extended such hospitality pre and post surgical intervention. As far as my results I am beyond pleased with how Dr. Alwen and Diaz sculpted and shapped my body beyond my expectations and with utter perfection. As a mother of 2 adult children a grandmother of 2 young grandchildren, I highly recommend Dr. Alwen and Diaz for your cosmetic surgical procedure. Thank you Dr ALWEN and Diaz. Let me start by telling you this place is an amazing clinic from the second that you’re walk in with all the energy ,helpful staff and of course Dr Shafa. I had my breast implant that it was 24 Years old replace with a new one it was not just a simple surgery of exchanging, I had a lot of scar tissue that Dr. Shafa had to work on And then we decided that while he’s doing that to do a lux liposuction also .however, since I got my implant done when I was younger I had so much pain but I can tell you that I could never imagine how painless this procedure was for me I truly believe that he does have a magic hand .from the moment I left that surgery room until today. That is my fourth day. Let me tell you that not even one pill for my breast so recovery was amazing . Writing about Dr Shafa can go on but I’m just going to say that, not only he has a magic touch, and knowledge his personality, beautiful, smile, confident, and his constant hugs make it a very beautiful journey. And from his staff I got a pleasure of knowing Eddie and Joy they are amazingly helpful, caring, and comforting and everybody else in the office makes you feel extremely comfortable which to me this is what you need when you’re going through plastic surgery in any form or shape. Keep that in mind I’m a very private person and I don’t do any Reviews But my experience was beyond, and above, my expectation, that I found it unfair not to say anything I would recommend Dr. Shaffer and his staff for any kind of surgery that you need 🙏🙏🙏

I have had a wonderful experience thru out my extended tummy tuck/lipo 360 dr Alwen is a miracle worker and the staff have been amazing! Joy is amazing she is one of the best I will not forget Daniella she had helped me thru my break down and gave me strength emotionally as well Karla also was super helpful the staff has been amazing I am grateful with everyone and I am happy with my process still swollen still have a way to go but with what I am seeing it’s a difference with what I was. I can say you are getting what you pay for. Very happy and I do not regret my decision

If I could give this zero stars, I would! Dr. Jay was amazing at the beginning and all the way up until I flew into town, paid an exuberant amount of money and went home after my procedure . However, the after effects have been horrible and life changing to say the least! My body was much better prior to this procedure. I tried contacting Dr. Jay as well as the staff at Estrella Aesthetics. They were responsive at first and then stopped responding. The results are NOT what I was hoping for, neither did I get the after care expected or even explained. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I now have to go to another doctor to fix what Dr. Jay did. I could have went somewhere else to get my procedure done for a a lot cheaper, but thought that Dr. Jay would be great, based off of previous reviews and his responsiveness prior to getting my money. Very dissatisfied and disappointed at best!. Beware before using Estrella Aesthetics and Dr. Jay. Explore all options available before making a final decision on an important and expensive procedure!!!
