BEWARE !!! I was referred to this surgeon through my insurance and sincerely deeply regret it. Don’t be fooled, he looks great on paper and I was so excited when I was first referred to him. I had a previous review but wanted to update it as more has unfolded. I’ve had two breast augmentations with Alexander Sinclair, my first and a revision. He wanted to try to revise them again with two more surgeries. One to remove them for a year and then another breast augmentation after a year of having no implants. After the initial 2 very poor breast aug experiences I was absolutely traumatized and terrified of this man. Compassionate is not a word I’d ever think of to describe Alexander as he would belittle my experiences and gaslight me. Horrible bedside manner. If you’re lucky he will get it right the first time , if he doesn’t GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do not let him try to revise as he is awful at revisions. At this point I searched for another surgeon however , I cannot obtain pre op photos of me before any breast augmentation because Alexander lost the files. That’s right he did my first breast aug March 2023, it is September 2024 and he lost all access to the files/photos of my chest preop. Files that should be held and kept recorded in a just manner in accordance to HIPPA regulation. Not only did he fail my revision but now has made it extremely difficult for another surgeon to fix . His reason: his computer crashed and he had no back ups. Awful personality, projects own desires of surgery ( he did not listen to my needs or expectations as this was made obvious after reading his medical notes of my surgeries, which also included contradictions and incorrect info). If you’re a trans person reading this, please go get a second opinion, just because he can give you a quick date with a quick turn around should not be a reason to go because obviously they have too many patients that they can’t keep track of your records. Unethical, unprofessional, I absolutely cannot believe tax payers money went to covering services with this man. I had my primary care provider (new) , and multiple women at a local wellness center tell me how unhappy they were with his services, his behavior, bedside manner, and results. I wish I had known this before. Alexander gave me so much life with my ffs surgery but took so much with the breast augmentations. I feel like a failed science experiment. The day I met Sinclair he told me I was beautiful and that the only thing that needed to happen was him not to mess up. I’ll never forget that , I trusted you and you let me down.

Dr Sinclair seems to be an excellent surgeon I just had a consult with him and he made me feel very comfortable. His office is a little hard to find it's on the corner to the right whenever you're walking up the stairs. I hope this helps. 😁

I have had a few surgeries with Sinclair and I can say that I’m satisfied with my recovery and results. My breast augmentation and Facial Feminization Surgery are something that I have dreamed of and Sinclair did an amazing job. His surgical team is extremely supportive and have amazing bedside manners. Thank you Doctor and Team.

I went to Dr. Sinclair for my FFS surgery. I’m so glad I did. He was extremely professional and explained in detail what to expect with the surgery. I trusted his opinion on what I should have done and I’m extremely happy with the results. Anita his assistant has been so amazing she is always there to answer any questions I have pre/post op. I’m so glad I decided to go with Sinclair for my FFS.

Dr. Sinclair did such an outstanding and absolutely amazing job with both my breast augmentation and my gender confirmation surgery. He was always honest and open about what to expect and what I needed to do. He was very helpful and cared for me throughout my whole surgery from the prep work, to the surgery and throughout the aftercare. He truly made me feel safe and comfortable knowing I could call and ask questions to make sure I was recovering well. Also Anita who helps him was outstanding and always made sure I had what I needed to recover or get to my surgery with little hassle. If you are wondering if you should go to him for your surgery, I would definitely say yes! Thank you Dr. Sinclair for taking care of me and giving me my life back!
