I would absolutely leave zero stars if I could, since this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The girl I spoke to, Luz, was like speaking to a child. She didn’t want to do her job, because it’s almost the weekend. I had finally got a hold of Liz and asked her if she received the fax from my daughter’s doctor. She said no, I told her I would get the doctor to fax it over and call back. She knew to expect my call, and proceeded to continually hang up on me. Literally pick up the phone and hang up on me, because their voicemail box was full I continued to call back…so she went and cleared their voicemail box so I could leave a message, and then I still tried to call because she had told me she’d be in the office till 4:30, and it was only 4. I desperately need this appointment. I’ve been dealing with my child’s issues for 8.5 months, and we had another dermatologist that couldn’t help us any longer. I tried calling back again, hung up on again, literally pick up the phone and slam it back down. I see the reviews are horrible. I can only imagine Luz is a huge part of the problem. Needless to say, I will be finding an actual dermatologist office where they want to do their job, act professionally, and not like children.

This hospital is terrible and completely dishonest. They said they would send my prescription to the pharmacy, but they were just deceiving me. I went there many times, but I never received my medication. They said they would call me, but they never did, and they never sent the medication either. It's such a waste of time and money. You really shouldn't go to this hospital—they will torture you and delay your treatment for a long time. Don't come here; it could cost you your life.

I had been calling for two weeks now. No response at all it says they are open I called before and after lunch until now "NO RETURN PHONE CALL AT ALL". Close your business if you can't if your assistants can't pick up any patient's call. :{

So my mom had a huge cyst on her back that was hurting her. We could not get an appointment for her for over a month. My sister found this place and called them. Christina at the front desk was so amazing she was able to get my mom in that Monday to see the doctor. We arrived checked in didn’t wait more than 10 minutes when into room didn’t wait more than three minutes and Dr King arrived. He was very very nice with great bedside manners and took care of my mom right away. He took out everything that was in that cyst and stitched her up. Honestly everyone in that office was really nice and helpful Rebecca was great and most of all so was Hilda. The doctor knows his stuff he is very knowledgeable I recommend Dr King to anybody that needs help with dermatology. Honestly they’re fast hands-on and everything right. She is going for stitches removal this week I will update my review. Thank you again Dr King and Staff!!

I tried this dermatologist place because of the reviews online but honestly every time I go here they don’t do anything on my skin they prescribe the same medicine. That are quick to collect your payment but don’t create a sense of urgency when you’ve requested a call back or need your medication. I went to visit on 10/7/22 and ever since then I’ve been bugging the front office for the doctor to approve my medication or prescribe another medication that my insurance can cover.This is the worst experience I’ve ever had when I have to be going out of my way to get a hold of their office since their hours are only 9-12pm. Do not go here if you want your skin to look different because it’s not.
