Dr. Mott and his nurse did an amazing job on my Mohs surgery. They were efficient and very accommodating especially given the fact that I am 36 weeks pregnant with twins and needed this done! The front desk staff was also great. The reason I give 2 stars is because I ended up being in quite a bit of pain (8 on a scale of 1-10) and ended up in the ER because I couldn't manage the pain. The next day I called the office at 10am and was told I would get a call back that day to determine if I should come in or not. I never received a call and so I called back again at 4pm and the woman I spoke with immediately cut me off and said "we have 24 hours to call you back". That doesn't help my situation at all. I don't have an issue with the initial surgery however I do have an issue with the business practice of not helping your patients with aftercare. It seems pretty ruthless to perform this type of procedure and then not have any protocol for patients experiencing pain or issues. So, if you do get this surgery with this doctor, prepare to be seen in the ER if you have issues with pain- the office will not help you.

Nice and bright but a maze. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr Curry was compassionate and professional. I appreciated her concern about getting my ear hurt less.

Question: At what point does Dr. Mott say to his patient, "I'm sorry that this wound is infected and taking much longer to heal than expected. I'm don't specialize in chronic wound care. It's time to refer you to a specialist." Answer: He doesn't. He lets it it fester for MONTHS. My elderly mother is NOWHERE near being healed. We are now talking about a SKIN GRAFT. Dr. Mott you F$%^ed up big time.

Dr. Curry did a thorough examination for melanoma spots. She was very cordial and took the time to answer my questions. She is now my dermatologist.

This was my second visit with Dr. Curry. As with the first visit, I received the same high level of care and treatment. With her, I know I am under the care of a caring health professional.
