If I could if zero stars I would. I started there weight loss plan using Semaglutide I was on the injections for three months going up dose wise every month and only lost 5 pounds! A month and a half into the program, I change my diet lots of protein, no sugar no bread not eating after seven everything. I reached back out and spoke with Tara the office manager let her know what was going on her response was she didn’t know why I was calling and what I needed. The ad clearly says money back guaranteed no small print nothing about a limited amount so I asked her about it. She said that they could credit my account for other services they couldn’t give me the money back I said oh OK that’s fine. She then credited me one month $150 after I have spent $450 on a product for 5 pounds and did everything they said. There ad is crap and they did not honor the money back guarantee if a company can’t keep there promises to there clients to me is a huge red flag. If they would of at least gave me credit for the full amount lost I probably would of kept trying the injection maybe a higher dose would make a difference but for her just to say $150 that’s all it’s just not right. Very disappointing

The staff have been extremely helpful and encouraging! I’ve used Bontril, Semiglutde and recently had Botox and had great success with all 3!

The staff here are very welcoming and non-judgemental. Mindy even shared her weightloss story with me which really put me at ease. The staff are very knowledgeable about different treatments and will find the best one that works for you. Everything is a one stop shop, so it makes it super convenient. I would highly recommend if you have struggled with weightloss.

I would definitely recommend Cratos to anyone wanting to improve their health and well being. The ladies at the south clinic are amazing. Elizabeth is so patient and investigates what the best solution will be for me to take. Mindy and Tera offer suggestions to other products to help with some of the issues I have that may be beneficial. It was a fun to talk about what else I could do for my overall well being. “ A one stop health and beauty shop”😊
