While Sarah is wonderful, getting an appointment is such a struggle I am considering changing doctors. I hate talking to automated answer machines. If I was a valuable customer you could return calls same day not 24 to 48 or longer hours . Nothing says I don’t care about you as much as a machine basically saying “don’t call us we’ll call you “.

The front desk staff was welcoming and patient. The MA was friendly, professional, and competent. I am happy to have found a new dermatology practice of this caliber!
