Dr Whaley is as good a clinician as you can imagine. He is highly experienced and at the same time you sense that he is curious and deliberate in his examination. I trust him thoroughly because I know he will approach me as an individual with care.

Had a followup appointment on 24 of April for some work DR. Wayley had done on me several months earlier, when a sore showed up on my lip. This was about a month prior to my April apointment. Not wanting to wait for my April appointment I went in on a wensday to see if they Gould get me in a little earlier and would you believe they got me in the verry next day. My appointment was at 10:20 AM and they had me in about 10 minutes early and out of there in 20 minutes with my issue taken care of. Now that's service. Summit Dermatology the provider and Bill Simpson the patient.

The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and I never wait too long for my appointment. Dr. Jeanne Osborn is professional yet friendly and is very easy to talk to. I have never felt rushed during my appointment and when I needed a surgical procedure I was given the time I needed to handle the numerous injections that were required. Overall this is a great practice, and one I would recommend to anyone.
