Disgusting. Dead flies all over floor. Syringes in pen cup by sink; other implements in cheap plastic cups, all a mess. And their technology is just as bad. Had to reschedule me because they double booked patients. I completed the same forms several times and then had to verbally answer the same questions again. Called 3x to confirm they could perform my requested services and they couldn’t after all once I was there. What a complete waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

I was going to start this review with some background about how I tried to work out my complaints with this office, but after reading others' reviews I can see that I am not alone. TLDR: if you are looking for a dermatology office with standard customer service, look elsewhere. I had an in-person appointment scheduled one afternoon, and after driving a half hour there, I was told that my appointment was cancelled (doctor was sick). I was a little dumbfounded, and asked "what do you mean?"- the front desk employee then explained that they tried to reach out to me that morning. I had no missed calls, voicemails, or emails from them, but I did have one text message from 6AM that day - to remind me about my appointment! After I asked how I could have my next appointment fee waived, I was told an office manager would call the next day to speak to me about it. Did that happen? Nope. I called the following day and left a voicemail, and never heard back. Finally, I tried calling the office multiple different times throughout the day today to try to catch someone at a good time, but no one ever answered the phone. I finally called the scheduling line instead, and when they tried to call the office manager directly, they also could not get a hold of them or get me an answer. All of this just verified to me that there are no standards for communication or customer service, and no wonder I was never notified that my appointment was canceled. I was a patient here for 3 years and liked my doctor, but after this awful experience and a few others (and reading that others have dealt with similar situations) I will now be looking for a new dermatologist office. Good customer service goes a long way.

ZERO STARS. 8 Precancerous areas on my face not identified or examined. Johnathan Cox PA-C did a terrible examination on me. I went in at 41 years old for a screening. I got there 20 minutes early as instructed and waited 50 minutes to be seen. When I saw "the doctor" who isn't a doctor, he asked "What do you want" (in laymen's terms). I said "I don't know, that's why I'm here. I want a screening and to check these rough spots on my face." He took less than 10 seconds to walk a circle around me to tell me I'm fine. He did 2 quick shots of freeze on the spot I told him about and then said "anything else?" I knew this was a poor examination so I went to a different actual DOCTOR and he treated 8 precancerous spots on my head, including the one that wasn't treated properly by Johnathan Cox that I was still charged for and did a through examination of my body that lasted about 15 mins vs the 10 seconds taken by Johnathan Cox. He also was on time with the appointment. If you value your life, don't go here.

Had a great experience here. My concerns were heard and I was able to be treated immediately. Smoothest doctors appointment I've ever had!

Advanced Dermatology is the best! My surgeon Dr Callaghan and his assistant Julia are superb professionals - competent, caring and empathetic. Recommend strongly!
