Doctor helped my warts where others could not. Also, she has a level of awareness of what life is like outside of the doctor's office considering how people take their medications and being thoughtful enough to tell me mistakes I could be making in my own pattern. The warts on my hands are gone. I will continue the medication. Thank you doctor

Unpleasant experience. :( Dr. Chiang was rude and judgmental regarding the amount of moles I have (primarily genetic.) I’ve never experienced anything like it. She only spent 4 minutes talking to me, and rushed me when I was explaining other legitimate skin concerns. I have a history of pre-melanoma in areas where I don’t get sun and she simply told me I need to wear sunscreen. If she asked, she’d know that I’m a sunscreen freak and always wear it. Couldn’t get a word in edgewise because she was rushing even though I was early to this appointment. I have a mole that looks similar to the 5 others I’ve had removed as pre-melanoma. She said it looked “fine.” Then I reminded her I have a history of pre-cancerous moles. She said “OHHH maybe it is concerning, you need to go to UC Health.” Strange that I have to be the one telling the doctor if a mole is concerning and not the other way around. I developed a different concerning spot on my face overnight a couple years ago. When I told her it happened overnight she said “it didn’t, you likely just noticed it one day.” But I remember waking up to it and my boyfriend at the time noticed immediately too. She said it’s a mole, then changed her mind and said maybe it was a wart. You’re a licensed dermatologist and you don’t know a basic wart vs a mole. I simple Google search was far more helpful. I live really far away. This appointment was a massive waste of time. I HIGHLY recommend finding another dermatologist, Dr. Chiang is not the type of doctor to listen & empathize. P.S. I have Medicaid, seems like a trend in the reviews for patients that aren’t treated well.

I had a great experience at cDermatology. I went in with some acne and irritated skin on my face, scalp, and neck, but didn’t know the cause. Despite that, Dr. Chiang was thorough and patient, prescribing a treatment that cleared up my irritation in a couple of days and also improved my acne. Highly recommend!

Always do a amazing job on surgery. It takes a lot of skill. Judy chian is one of the best surgeons. Staff is really nice

I've been going to Dr. Chiang for years and she has always been wonderful. 2 years ago I actually had a small cancerous spot on my face and she performed Mohs on it with such precision and care about potential scarring. I very much recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and skilled professional in the dermatology world.
