I can't give a review on the procedural results yet, because I just had surgery, but I can give a review for the surgery experience. I traveled from NM for revision rhinoplasty after messing up my nose by getting a rhinoplasty in Turkey. Dr David Kowalczyk made me feel so comfortable about the surgery. He thoroughly explained techniques, procedures, best and worst case scenarios. Dr K made me feel safe and informed with the my decision for surgery. After years of research I chose him and I truly believe I'll have the best results when I'm healed, it already looks exponentially better. Secondly, the facility the choose for the surgery, Cherry Creek Surgery Center in Glendale, had thee best people working there. I know you pay for these services but you can't pay for professionalism, compassion, and kindness. The Nurse and Anesthesiologist I had were top tier. The anesthesiologist told me before surgery, "I promise to do everything in my power to keep you safe," and I 100% believed her. I came out of surgery feeling as good as could be(sore and hungry) but no nausea and no anesthesia hangover. I couldn't be more thankful for the entire experience, I am eternally grateful.

Dr. K and Megan are amazing! They work so hard to make the patient comfortable during procedures. I have been coming to COFPS for years and their work has always been top notch. I am very happy with the results! Thank you!

I had a revision rhinoplasty and genioplasty with Dr. Imola, and I highly recommend him. As a person of color, it’s difficult to find a skilled plastic surgeon who understands diverse facial features, but Dr. Imola exceeded my expectations. He did an incredible job and I love both my nose and chin. The change is noticeable, but it’s still natural and not overdone. Dr. Imola is also very personable, and his staff is friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Kowalczyk and his team are incredible! The whole experience is wonderful - from the front desk to the services provided (and follow-up).
