Choosing Dr. Locketz was very easy for me! I had heard about him and how fantastic his work was from numerous people. What really impressed me was hearing from some of my Doctor and Anesthesiologist friends how they have never seen such amazing work from a plastic surgeon. I am so pleased with the results of my procedures and surgery by Dr Locketz. My face wasn't matching how I felt and I really wanted to look in the mirror and look younger but not "done" like a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills. This review for Dr. Garrett Locketz is long overdue, as I have struggled to find the right words to convey just how perfect of a surgeon he is. From my initial consultation to my pre-op, surgery day, and post-operative care, Dr. Locketz and his team have been nothing short of extraordinary. They made me feel like I was their only patient, and I never felt rushed during any part of the process. The genuine care that Dr. Locketz has for each of his patients truly shines through. I underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift with fat transfer, and lower blepharoplasty. Admittedly, when Dr. Locketz suggested this comprehensive plan during our consultation, I was hesitant and felt it might be excessive for my age of 44. However, I’ve come to realize that sometimes “you need to do more to look like you’ve done less”. My results are incredibly natural, and I’ve received so many compliments. Recently, at my son’s Bar Mitzvah, people commented on how I haven’t aged a day since my wedding 14 years ago!
