I went in first with my sister and he talked to me about doing stem cell treatment on myself as well as my sister and did not charge us both for our office visits, just one was charged. We did my knees, hips, 2 fingers, and my lower back. Dr. Merkel did a very professional job both during the procedure as well as the follow up. Everything went very good and my knees feel great and my hips do not hurt any more. I am still having a bit of problem with my back but it is better and he thinks it will just take longer to get there. His office staff, as well as the nurse's were all very helpful, they made me feel good through all of the process as well as the follow up. I would highly recommend this office for stem cell treatments, way better option than replacements. Thanks Dr. Merkel and staff

Dr. Merkel is probably the smartest doctor I've ever known. He did stem cell injections in my hip, shoulder and sciatica nerve, all of which were very successful. I was told by an orthopedic doctor that I needed my hip and shoulder needed replaced. My hip was so bad that I was having a hard time walking. I had two failed surgeries on my right shoulder and had a out 30% use of my right arm. After seeing Dr. Merkel I now don't need any surgeries. He fixed me. Stem cell injections work. I would recommend him to anyone who is having similar problems like I did. Now if the FDA would just approve stem cell then insurance would pay for it. It cost me $5000 for my procedure and it was worth every penny. I did have to have surgery, no down time at all

I paid consultation fee in April of 2024. I wanted liposuction, tummy tuck and breast lift. I was told they didn’t have the equipment for the procedures and would call me when they raise the money for the proper equipment. They are a cosmetic surgery clinic without equipment? It is now January 2025 and still have heard nothing from them and they still have my consultation money. I decided to go to another surgeon in the area.

Dr Merkel explained things very well at my initial consultation. He was willing to do all he could to make my procedures affordable. He explained things very well, and if he doubted I fully understood , he would explain it again. It was a very personable experience. He made me feel like my well being with whatever treatment I chose really mattered to him. His staff is also very nice and inspiring for treatments Because of the overall feeling of being valued there I will not switch to any other Doctor. Thank you guys for taking pride in what you do, & making me feel so welcome.

Had augmentation a little bit ago, before my surgery Dr. Merkel asked me questions and educated me on the history of augmentation and how the procedure is done and why it is done that way, if you ask me I enjoy knowing everything about this procedure and what I can expect. I enjoyed that he took his time with me explaining things. He set up an appointment the day before hand to make sure I was ready and what to expect the day of. Surgery day his nurse was funny enthusiastic and so was he, made me feel less nervous. After surgery I was taken out to my car though my husband was there to help which was absolutely amazing. So personal so wonderful. Ever since I’ve had multiple follow up appointments, the receptionist even assisted me to the restroom and helped me, the dr has called to check in on me, made sure my pain is managed. I could not be any more happier with my surgery, their staff, and Dr. Merkel.
