10 out of 10! Got us in same day. Super professional staff. Treated my 5 year old with utmost respect and kindness. Immediately diagnosed and gave us at home treatment remedies without pushing unnecessary prescriptions or anything they might be selling in the clinic. Explained thoroughly what to expect. Will definitely be back if we ever need a dermatologist!

My first skin check. Dr Bair and her staff answered my questions and were so friendly and professional. Turns out, it was a good thing to do as they discovered a surface cancer spot. Glad I found them!

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment and was turned away because of their strict 5-minute late policy. While I understand the need for punctuality, this rigid rule makes it clear that they prioritize churning through as many patients as possible over providing compassionate, individualized care. This practice seems more focused on their bottom line than the well-being of the people they’re supposed to serve.

I arrived 30 minutes early to my appt and they were gracious to take me in 15 minutes before my time w/o me asking. Dr. Bair arrived in a very timely manner, gave me a thorough examination and answered all my questions. She did a successful treatment and encouraged me to visit once a year. Her assistant was very professional as well. I highly recommend Crossroads Dermatology.

Dr. Bair is very knowledgeable and personable. She takes the time to discuss, explain and makes me feel comfortable. I fully trust her for my health care. I have recommended her to friends and family. She’s the best!
