Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, and on the day of my visit, the roads were covered in ice—making driving extremely dangerous. To avoid any issues, I called two hours before my appointment to confirm if it was still on. The customer service representative assured me that if anything changed, I would be notified. Based on that confirmation, I risked driving over 30 minutes in hazardous conditions, only to receive a call 11 minutes before the time they told me to be at the office telling me it had been canceled. This was a complete disregard for my time and safety. When I called back to express my frustration, I was offered an appointment at the end of March—weeks later—showing no concern for my urgent need for care. This level of negligence is not only disrespectful but outright unacceptable for a medical facility. If they don’t value their patients’ time or safety, I certainly won’t trust them with my health. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly advising others to do the same.

I had 2 small cysts removed by Dr Jeanne Young today in her Farmington office & I want to express how easy the procedure went & how skilled & caring Dr Young was. Her nurse James administered pain free novacaine & was very comforting & Eva was very nice along with the receptionist. I was very nervous & now know I will be in great hands for any procedures in the future. Christine Roccapriore

Had a beauty mark biopsied, an assistant called to tell me it was pre cancerous.. I had questions and concerns about what’s next.. It wasn’t clear what was explained to me, I asked to have the doctor call me back.. No call from the doctor, I called back a couple days later, front reception told me someone would call me back I said I’d like the doctor to be the one to call; she told me it probably won’t be the doctor calling me back.. Unprofessional to say the least, I will absolutely be looking for a new location! There’s a reason google has this practice at 3 stars

I am fair-skinned and getting older, and I have a family history of various cancers. So I went in for a consult just to check that the new freckles and moles are normal. Dr. Mona was grumbling the whole time about how "you really shouldn't come in unless it's for a referral"...so I need to pay a GP to tell me I need to see a specialist? So I need to wait until something is wrong to be seen? I also had to ask for the door to be closed...while in my underwear...

Dr. Hanspul Makker is FANTASTIC! I recently had Mohs surgery done on my nose and I was so comfortable with Dr Makker . He is an excellent Dr. Everybody was very professional, I am so glad I did not go with someone else. From the front desk to Dr Makkar and nurses . Holly was great, keeping me at ease. They all explained in detail everything I was to expect. So I want to say thank you to everybody ! And put your trust into Dr. Makkar ! EXCELLENT DR. You all deserve 50 stars review.
