I went to Vivid and had a treatment done to remove broken capillaries from my face, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The treatment itself was quick, and I can’t wait to see the results in a few days. I truly appreciate the care and attention they gave me, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future treatments. Highly recommend!

Brian was absolutely AMAZING. He made me feel extremely comfortable and talked me through the entire procedure. I got a Diamond Glow Facial which left my skin absolutely glowing! I have sensitive skin normally and this facial was perfect! Did not irritate my skin at all. I also got a vitamin injection which left me feeling energized, and Brian has an incredible hand! No pain at all. The clinic is beautiful and the environment is so calming. 1000% worth the trip!

Such an amazing experience at VIVID! I finally got laser treatment on the ugly angioma on my neck (that everyone mistook as a hickey) and I am so pleased with the results! Lynn and Brian took great care of me and the office is so welcoming! 10/10 recommend!!

Brian & Lynn are so awesome! Very kind and informative staff to make you feel more confident with your choices. I introduced my cousin to their products and she loved her results with her facial plus vitamin shots as well. Ask them all the questions, they don't mind - Brian is very knowledgeable.
