Dr. Cech is a fantastic and skilled plastic surgeon. He is kind, caring, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! I recently got a nipple-sparing mastectomy reconstruction + fat grafting done with him. The procedure went very smoothly, I had minimal pain and faster recovery and I am so happy with my results! Most importantly my breast look natural and the size is perfect!
