Dr. DeLucia is an amazing doctor who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly, ensuring that you feel informed and comfortable. His ability to bring humor into difficult situations is a gift that eases anxiety and makes appointments much less stressful. Above all, it's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients, treating each one with kindness and empathy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and personable doctor.

Dr. Delucia performed my top surgery in February 2023. Throughout the entire process, from the first time I met him during my consultation, to the day of my surgery, to my follow up appointments, Dr. Delucia was extremely professional and compassionate. His bedside manner is impeccable and I could not be happier with my results. Any and all questions I had were answered with patience and expertise by either him or his medical assistant. His entire staff reflects the same professionalism, helpfulness, and compassion. I cannot sing his praises enough, and I recommend him highly to everyone I can!

I am appalled at the manner in which the staff at Hartford Hospital handled my most recent appointment with Dr. DeLucia. I was on my way to the office for my appointment when my car battery died and I was caused to sit on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck in negative degree temperatures. My appointment was in 40 minutes so I immediately called the office and let them know and the receptionist could hear me talking to the two truck driver. I was met with a complete unwillingness to reschedule the appointment and told that my chart was going to indicate I was a "no show". When I tried to reschedule it was met with resistance and a complete lack of understanding or knowledge as to what the appointment was for. Even after talking to the supervisor "Mary" she did nothing but confirm that it was office policy to indicate a "no show." I have had many problems with the plastic surgery department with Hartford Hospital and find the doctors to be uncaring, and frankly incompetent. This whole experience along with a past experience leads me to write this review and to inform anyone who has a choice in their care to go somewhere else. Hartford Hospital does not care about you.

Dr. Orlando Delucia and his team are absolutely wonderful! He was so comprehensive and kind. I fully entrusted in him which gave me such relief as I faced some very difficult life decisions.
