I never post reviews, but I genuinely want to warn people about this place. I called in July to make an appointment after my doctor referred me for an abnormal growth. Their first available appointment was for December. Then in October, they let me know that they needed to reschedule my December appointment. I called and they could only offer me an appointment for NEXT MAY. I didn’t cancel my original appointment; they did! Why on earth was I sent all the way to the back of the line for THEIR mistake? I find it so unbelievably unprofessional.

Hands down the best dermatologists in the area, maybe anywhere. One of the admin, Janet, goes so far above and beyond every single time to get an appointment, or a prescription, or dealing with insurance. Dr. Waldman is cool, relaxed and lets you tell him what you need, not the other way around. He really listens to your individual situation. Willie the assistant is amazing too! I had to use an APRN the last time and she was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Not sure why they would have bad reviews, but it works out for me so I can get an appointment easier. Stay away people.

Poor customer experience!!!! Even though I have been a patient for decades, because I have not had an appointment in 3 years, I am considered a new patient and they are not accepting new patients so they kicked me to the curb! Really disgusting to penalize your patients because they are healthy for a few years!

When people decide to practice medicine, there is an implied oath of compassion and care for patients and people in need of care. My spouse discovered a significant spot on their face that has enlarged, and it is lumpy We wrote to these people on Saturday because there is no way to get a hold of anyone during the weekend And can you believe this so called Office if dermatologist send us a an email this morning saying "Unfortunately we are not taking any new patients" A spot check is a simple procedure not brain surgery and this so called Physician and office staff sends the email above Shame of you! Medical Practitioners and offices like this should not be in business and don't deserve your business or a license to practice

From the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t catch anyone name!), to assistants Jessie and Willie , to Dr. Waldman it was a great experience! I was nervous about my procedure but Dr. Waldman and the assistants were wonderful and made the whole thing a breeze. There is barely a scar and I’m so happy with the results. I would recommend them over and over. Their schedule is very busy but it is everywhere and waiting for a good office is worth it!
