Ashley’s Beauty Room

I visit Ashley monthly for my facial and waxing needs and she does a great job. She is super welcoming and friendly and so helpful when it comes to skincare. She put together a custom skincare routine for me , and I love the products and noticed a huge difference in my skin. Whenever I’m out of products I just let her know and a few days later they’ll arrive at my doorstep. I recommend her services highly and always look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Ashley for your expertise!

After visiting Ashley's beauty room and loving how my skin felt, I decided to switch over my skincare products to the SkinScript line she offers. I have very sensitive skin and can’t use anything with harsh chemicals or additives. I message her when I am low and she places the order and has it sent right to my house. It only takes a couple days, too. So easy to communicate with her and get my skincare without missing a beat!!

That was a first!! How I was treated was just unfair and unprofessional. I always want support local businesses, but I won’t be going back or recommending her. Response: I usually don't like leaving negative reviews or provide too many details but this experience has left me upset and embarrassed on how I was treated and I feel deserve an apology. So here is the full story: I was a loyal client, so I was shocked when Ashley canceled my appointment, refused to rebook me, and stated she would no longer offer me services in the future. At first, I wondered if she had closed her business, but then I received an email promoting a special discount. Confused, I reached out multiple times via email, calls, and texts for clarification. After several attempts, I finally received a response. In her message, she claimed she canceled because she got sick but unfairly blamed me—even though she sees many clients and wears a mask. Ridiculous! I was NOT sick when I saw her, and I was not late. In fact, I had to wait 15 minutes for her to finish with her previous client. I also have severe allergies to cats, and while I don’t know if she has any, if she had concerns about sneezing (which I don’t even recall), she could have simply asked me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she abruptly cut me off as a client without any real explanation. Beyond this situation, I also found her unfriendly and cold in general and she tried to overcharge on my last visit. This experience was both disappointing and unprofessional. I support local businesses, but I will not be returning or recommending her services. If this is how she treats clients, I wish her the best—but I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

If you’ve never gotten a facial before I highly recommend visiting Ashley! I was beyond impressed with how relaxing and welcoming not only Ashley was but the space was beautiful! I had the most amazing hour of relaxation and left feeling absolutely glowing! If I could’ve given more than 5 stars I would have!

Absolutely amazing experiences - clean, comforting, gorgeous environment, and Ashley is INCREDIBLE. I have never been super girly, but Ashley truly hooks me up with all my facial and eyebrow needs while educating me on the process (because I’m so curious and ask) and keeping me utterly at peace while performing her work. I cannot wait to go back :)
